Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unused glassware or equipment in its original box, ensuring all components are included and securely padded to prevent breakage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
